At Mi Cocina, we’re committed to making a difference beyond the kitchen. We partner with purpose-driven organizations that share our values of compassion, inclusion, and innovation. Whether through supporting community programs, funding impactful initiatives, or collaborating on creative solutions, we believe in using our platform to uplift others. Together, we can turn good intentions into meaningful action.

Surfers Healing

Surfers Healing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children with autism by providing free surf camps. Founded by professional surfer Israel "Izzy" Paskowitz and his wife Danielle, the organization was inspired by their son, who has autism. Surfers Healing introduces kids to the calming and therapeutic experience of riding waves, aiming to help them build confidence, feel accepted, and experience joy. The organization hosts events across the U.S. and internationally, supported by volunteer surfers and local communities.

Not Impossible Labs

Not Impossible Labs is a nonprofit innovation lab that uses technology to solve real-world problems and help people in need. Founded by Mick Ebeling, it creates low-cost, life-changing solutions like 3D-printed prosthetic limbs for war victims, eye-tracking devices for people with paralysis, and wearable tech that lets deaf individuals experience music. Their mission is to make the impossible not impossible, one person at a time.
